We are a company specialized in the production and distribution of Organic Pear (Bio-Organic). We are located in the Plana de Lleida, 396 meters above sea level, a privileged area for fruit production. Since 1910, with the arrival of irrigation water in our lands, we have been working in the agricultural sector.
We have been producing organically for 6 years, always respecting the care of the trees and the sustainable use of resources, because doing conventional production meant destroying most of the fauna and flora that are now our allies to produce organic fruit. Thanks to the advice given by the ADV technicians, the fruit reaches us in all the conditions expected by the market. In addition, we are a group of small family producers who believe in what we are doing, who share our concerns and help each other when problems arise.
We start the harvest on July 15 with the Ercolini pear, on July 25 with the lemon pear, on August 10 with the Williams pear and on August 25 with the Conference pear.
We are members of the FRUITES APYFA SCCL Cooperative in Almenar (Lleida) through which, together with other members and colleagues, we market our organic fruit.
Our farm project specializes only in native pears from our area that have been cultivated for several generations. It is also characterized by modern installations with anti-stone nets and a perimeter fence with a net against insects harmful to the pear.
Our project is family. It has an economic aspect combined with ecologically sustainable production.
What pushes us every day is the illusion of a job well done. We differ, and very much, from the large companies producing organic fruit, which usually come from other types of very profitable businesses and thus diversify their macro assets.
