Hi participem explicant les bases científiques i tècniques de l`Agricultura Ecològica i aclarint els dubtes que sorgeixen quan es fa una conversió.
Avui s`ha explicat als assistents la diferència entre Agricultura Ecològica, Biològica, Orgànica, Regenerativa, Biodinàmica, Residu zero, Agricultura Integrada i Producció Agrària Sostenible... 🌱💚🧑‍🌾

👉L`Agricultura Ecològica (sinònim d`agricultura biològica o orgànica) té per objectiu produir aliments sans de forma respectuosa amb el medi i les persones sense utilitzar productes de síntesi química. Segueix una normativa europea i té una certificació pública (CCPAE) que certifica el seu compliment.

👉Existeixen altres tipus d`agricultura que comparteixen objectius i maneres de fer amb l`AE, com són l`agricultura regenerativa o la biodinàmica. En el cas de la biodinàmica també té una normativa i una certificadora, en aquest cas privada. La regenerativa encara no està regulada i cadascú l`entén de manera diferent. La majoria de finques que fan producció ecològica també fan en certa mesura agricultura regenerativa, encara que es vulgui separar.

👉Pel que fa al què anomenen
"residu zero", busca que al producte final no es trobin matèries actives, no té en compte el medi ni com s`ha produït, ni té normativa darrera. És més un concepte comercial.

👉La producció integrada és la producció convencional ben feta, que en el seu moment va aconseguir fer canvis però que es va quedar lluny d`acostar-se a la producció ecològica. Recentment està sorgint l`anomenada Producció Agrària Sostenible que serà la "nova" producció integrada, volen que tingui un segell promogut des del Departament d`Acció Climàtica. El sector ecològic ho viu amb cert recel per la possible confusió que pot causar aqueseta nomenclatura en el consumidor.

Esperem haver aclarit una mica aquests diferents conceptes d`agricultura...
