We are a family business formed by the parents and their two children. We started doing organic farming in 2011 from scratch, with no prior knowledge, and thanks to the ADV Ecològica de Ponent and our own experience, we learned how to get a quality product and above all we learned what It should NOT be done. Currently, we are getting started in biodynamic agriculture.
We start the season very early thanks to our location, Seròs. Since it is very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter, and because of the fogs, we reach the cold winter hours by far, this translates into more “º Brix” of sweetness in the fruit.
We specialize in seed fruit and stone fruit, launching the campaign at the end of April with the apricot and from June we have Paraguayan peach, yellow and white flesh nectarine, Pavia peach, yellow flesh red peach and white wine, silverfish, pears and olives.
