I am a farmer with a family tradition and I started organic farming 14 years ago. The ADV has helped me in the area of advice, to be sure of how we proceed, as well as to have all the paperwork ready and in order.
We start the harvest in September with almonds or something from the garden, it depends on the year, followed by saffron, table olives and olives for making oil. The end of the process is marketing, so almonds and walnuts are offered in autumn, olives and oil from October to May, and saffron all year round.
The resulting products are characterized by having been produced with biodynamic methodologies and having the ecological certifications of the CCPAE and EUROFULLA.
