I made the switch to organic agriculture in 2016, and I decided to take the step, as I noticed that conventional agriculture did not convince me and also awakened the desire to produce healthier food for everyone, awakened at the root of being a parent. My lands, for me, are a field of experimentation where we all learn to be able to handle fruit production in the best way.
The ADV helps me, because being an unknown world for me, I feel totally supported and I see that there is a very good atmosphere with everyone.
In terms of production, we start in August with the pear and finish at the end of September with the apple. My mission is very easy, learn as much as possible from this world and collaborate as much as possible in helping other producers with the tests we do.
