We started going organic in 2021, because customers were asking us more and more and the future is headed towards this vision of sustainability and care for the environment and health. In this transition the ADV has helped us to be up to date with everything we have to do, when we have to do it, as well as to have all the papers requested from the CCPAE in order.
Our olive harvest starts in October and ends in January to make organic extra virgin olive oil. From our project we would highlight that we follow the whole process from field to final sale, so we can ensure the product is there, where it came from and what was done to it from start to finish. We have full control of each process, in the field, in the machinery used, in the mill, in packaging and in distribution, thus guaranteeing the extra quality that the customer values and appreciates, and without distributors.
