Agronatura is a small family farm, born in 2009 and deeply rooted in the territory.
We work our own olive trees in Bovera, Les Garrigues region (Lleida).
Our star product is “Berança” organic extra virgin olive oil, of the finest organoleptic quality and unquestionable health benefits. We use a careful and generous production process that benefits both the quality of the product and the health of the environment, supported by the respectful practices of organic farming.
Undoubtedly, one of the identity features of the Berança brand is its responsibility towards the environment. In addition to organic farming practices, we protect and monitor the birdlife using several standardized methods (constant sampling effort, nest boxes…) and we promote botanical tours in some of our olive groves. The results of these studies can be found on our blog (see below). Our products are certified organic by CCPAE and EUROFULLA.
We are committed to restoring the fertility of our soils, respecting the organisms that thrive in it. We rely on low impact pest control measures such as natural biological control. In short, the sustainable management of the olive groves from which we obtain the Berança oil, guarantees its exceptional quality.
Berança is pressed from healthy Arbequina olives, that have been cared for by the nature that surrounds them; the birds, the insects and plants, that grow in the rugged land, made up of a mosaic of dry stone walls and ancient trees. Berança oil is born here, with unique and exceptional organoleptic qualities: fruity, fresh aromas of green olives and freshly cut grass, artichoke, green apple.
